Our mission is to educate and empower those with gluten-related conditions by providing accurate information about gluten-free living. We aim to foster a supportive community where people can share their experiences, learn from one another, and thrive. Our nonprofit also advocates for gluten-free awareness and supports research that may benefit individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Our journey began with a personal connection to gluten intolerance. Growing up in a family with a member who had celiac disease, we were no strangers to the challenges of managing a gluten-free lifestyle. It wasn’t until 2014, when we ourselves were diagnosed with gluten intolerance, that the true extent of the dietary changes hit home. Back then, gluten-free eating was much more difficult—gluten-free products were scarce, and awareness was limited.
Determined to improve our health and make gluten-free living easier, we began experimenting with recipes, finding safe products, and even developing our own gluten-free greens powder after discovering that many on the market contained hidden gluten. This personal drive to ensure our health and the health of those around us eventually grew into a broader mission to help others with gluten intolerance.
Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to raising awareness and supporting the gluten-free community through education, resources, and advocacy. Our passion for this cause continues to fuel our efforts to make gluten-free living accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder where the ingestion of gluten triggers an immune response that damages the small intestine. This prevents the body from absorbing essential nutrients, leading to a variety of health issues, from digestive problems to chronic fatigue and malnutrition. While there is no cure for celiac disease, it can be effectively managed by following a strict gluten-free diet.
Non-celiac gluten sensitivity, on the other hand, involves symptoms similar to celiac disease but without the same intestinal damage. Both conditions require the removal of gluten from the diet to maintain health.
If you or a family member has been diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, you’re not alone. The Gluten-Free Association offers a network of support that extends beyond providing information. From virtual events to in-person meetups, we provide a platform where you can connect with others who are navigating the same challenges.
Our community gathers to share gluten-free recipes, tips for safe dining, and advice on managing the emotional and social aspects of living gluten-free. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living gluten-free for years, we’re here to help you succeed.
